I find it strange that a Goldeneye editor works for DKR. I used Blender for Mario 64 levels but how do people import levels to games that don't yet have an editor? The creator found a way using an editor for a different game! I still wonder how people compose new songs for N64. Did they use the N64 Soundbank tool? Well done Sixty Four!

I think Yoshi should've replaced Tiptup as he has stats close to Yoshi's stats as a lightweight (in some Mario Kart games, he's a lightweight whereas in some other games, he's a middleweight with a slight emphasis on acceleration over speed).

Building off of that, Yoshi didn’t need to take up two character slots IMHO. He could’ve just replaced either T.T. or Tiptup, only consuming one character slot, and had his color change depending on which type vehicle he was driving (much like Link in the OoT mod).

If you let go of A just before going over a speed boost, or before using the blue balloons you get an extra boost and the colour is green with coloured smoke. Black in the smoke means the best speed was achieved. (This was told to us by Nintendo support back when they had a free Hotline)
