Wind Boost: Minor increase in damage from persona attacks for a short duration.
Wind Break: Lower's the enemy's defense for a short duration.
Wind Amp: Bigger increase in damage from persona attacks for a short duration.
Panic Boost: Doubles the amount of time Panic last for a short duration.
Megido: Creates an attack from above that will fall near him
Green Wall: Boost defense for a short duration
Diarahan: Heals a small portion of health
Youthful Wind: Heals a larger portion of health and applies the Sukukaja boost for a massively larger amount of time

Yosuke only has 3 Persona Cards. Once they're depleted you cannot perform any persona moves till it recovers.
Taking damage while your persona is out, or your persona getting hit directly depletes it by 1 card.
