This was my introduction to Dimash. I was up all night and all the next day searching out everything I could find on him. Four years later I feel deprived if I don't get a daily dose of Dimash. He's the best vocalist of my 70+ years.

Dimash is a legend!! He is the best singer in the world IMO. His perfect pitch, which is very rare, is how he can sing the 7 octives & 16 total languages including his fluent languages, Kazakh, Russian, and English. 👏🙌👏❤️

This song was originally done by an artist named Vitas. Dimash sang this on the Chinese talent show called The Singer. This was his second performance his first performance was of SOS in French. When Vitas saw this performance he forbade dimash from ever singing his song again because Dimash did it so much better than he ever could. Vitas only went up two octaves where Dimash went up four in this particular performance. Please go back and watch the version that has English captions and it shows where his father had flown in from Kazakhstan to support his son and Dimash did not know it until after the performance and saw his dad in the audience it's very touching and shows Dimash's true humble personality

I’ve searched for weeks for documentation that Vitas “forbade “ or even asked Dimash not to sing it again. Did you find an interview or video clip that says this? From a woman who worked on the show, there were copyright issues/violations that Vitas’ recording company objected to. Please post any source that you found.

As reference the highest note he did in the last is the same note as the highest note in The Phantom of The Opera when Christine was vocalizing. That's a high E flat (E6)

What Dimash Kudaibergen can do with his voice is not mere skill . . .It is miraculous . . . otherworldly . . . Some say he is an alien. Others say an angel. I’m not sure how he has such vocal power, not just over his voice, but over the emotion he evokes in the hearts of many listeners - all ages, various cultures, ethnicities, nationalities. The fans who are addicted and feel a powerful emotional attraction to his voice, or VOICES, -- of which he has many - are called DEARS. I am one of many. Please check out “Stranger” and “Olympico” next. These are Igor Krutoy compositions. Mr. Krutoy came out of retirement to work specifically with Dimash and their collaborations are fabulous. Next, check out “El Amor En Ti”. Dimash composed this for his Spanish speaking Dears. It always amazes me how he can emote songs in language he does not speak. Not only that, he can convey those emotions to listeners who also do not speak the language of the song. I’m a retired teacher 66 year old grandmother from Alabama, and I have never responded to a singer the way I do to Dimash.

There is a video on Gloria Wu's channel that includes english captions. The song is a story about a lonely man who has built a house in the wilds and only has the howling Autumn wind for company. You should see where he is at now. When I’ve got you mv is very bluesey. Then he sings an opera duet with Placedo Domingo. And he jazzes up a Kazakh folk song called duderai. And sings a new pop song (with a bit of opera) called Smoke. Etc etc.

Dimash was a bit embarrassed at the end of this performance because he flirted with the audience for the first time not realizing that his father decided to surprise him with a visit. His father is the man they keep showing in the audience. The composer of this song Vitas would not give Dimash permission to sing the song again after this performance, some say his ego was bruised by Dimash outperforming him.

It’s not entirely clear what the account is dedicated to - anime or music. 😂 But since it's both, I think Attack on Titan will just blow your mind. It's almost like Dimash, but anime. A unique and incomparable work, amazing with every episode and detail, as well as attention to detail until the last season. There would also be more Dimash.😂

But I have information from someone who worked on the show that there were copyright issues with their recording companies, threatening to sue the Singh show. Opera2 was the second performance of The Singer competition in 2017 in China. The song is in Russian. A language he also speaks fluently. The original was from the famous Russian singer named Vitas. The song is very famous and popular in China. The audience already knew what to expect, but were very surprised when Dimash raised the pitch three times. Vitas but only once. By the way the audience is also the jury and the people backstage are the other competitors. Please react to Olimpico from his Arnau concert in 2019 next. I don't know if you've responded to this song yet because I couldn't find a playlist. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺.
