😌 sleep is important but you have to know how to measure sleep this is also called a Circadian Rhythm The limit of your circadian rhythm runs out when you feel yourself getting sleepy (your body let's you know this but you must pay attention) When you get sleepy and you lay down Your body energy field will shutdown (You will notice a jolt just like when you turn off the ignition of a car) then your brain will shut off when this happens you will go off into what is known as a dream state Keep in mind people say you need 8 hours of sleep But this is not true you only need 6 and half hours of sleep because your body runs on a 27 hour internal clock not 24 hour Once you wake up and get out of bed and don't go back to sleep you can measure your circadian rhythm (if done correctly you will know around the exact time you will get sleepy) Oh lastly if you want to go to bed and wake up at a certain time when you get sleepy stay up longer till the time you want to go to sleep and use the previous measurement for the time you want to wake up.
