When you go back to Cap-Haitian, you must also visit Amiga Island in Labadee. Make sure to have those Haitian guys cook some fresh seafood for you while you are visiting the island. You may have to plan this trip at least one day in advance so they'll be ready to cook for you when you get there.

it rainy/hurricane season in the whole Americas. it can be tricky traveling during that period. you don't have to visit all Haiti in one go and don't visit Port-au-Prince.

52:00 Same thing in Suriname there is a specific type of mud that people eat. We call it Pimba in Suriname. Especially pregnant women eat it. It's best to be eaten before pregnancy though. My mom would always tell my sisters not to eat it too much during pregnancy because you don't know how it may affect the child. When you don't know you'll label it poverty, but it is a custom.
