Happened to just finish reading a post when you were three minutes in here. By a Justin Sung ‘how to remember everything you read’. He set out a fairly unusual learning system for the mind. Very detailed and might be helpful for those wanting to return to study or learn. So detailed I’m going to watch again and .. and again. Just thought it might help someone here start up brain life’ again. Harder when older or after narcissistic abuse.

Someone was misinformed regarding the fact that when I began my new career, I just used my paper notes to type from. I actually used a software where I would take the disk from my writing machine when I got home from a job and put it in my computer and then my key strokes would translate on my computer screen. So even though there was a disk in my writing machine, I also used paper too and that’s what I read back from for the first few years until I purchased a newer version of software and that’s when I began taking my laptop to my jobs and I was doing real time. The court reporters at the courthouse were still using paper and some didn’t even use software yet and they only took down the important words.
