Firstly I don't fear anything or one. I do suffer from Clinical Anxiety, not fear based Anxiety. The difference is no matter what I'm going out of nowhere my heart races & my breathing becomes super rapid for no reason. It's a medical disorder not fear. Spot on,...but both are happening simultaneously. Building a new life and stability from the ground up and following my dreams, while also becoming a full time catetaker for several family members. Its definitely out of my comfort zone all the way around, and most all of it seems to be new and a steep learning curve, but it all feels very purposeful. Adding my dreams to the mix is both a challenge, but also emotionally fulfilling. Learning that I can also apply that protective and nurturing nature towards myself, and my life path, as well as to have healthy boundaries. Allowing others to pick up and handle their own things is necessary at this point,...for my growth and well being as well as theirs. My energy and focus is needed in so many places, that managing it is a major priority now.
