I recently heard that as we shift out of lower vibrations, we experience depression etc. I have discovered for myself that the habits I practiced kept me stuck. So victimhood, same emotionally wounded people and so on. It has taken a bit but my commitment to keeping me from falling backwards. The feeling I have now when I wake up and go through out my day, is as if a magic wand has sprinkled stardust and I am filled with joy. I’m not sure what I should call you, um Hedgy? This reading is spot on. About 2 months ago I changed and I was quite surprised. I can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s to do with a stay in hospital. I was cured but I have to take medication for the rest of my life and it’s causing problems. So I conquered one problem and now have another. The medication is causing me to gain weight and I don’t want to be that way again. It makes me depressed. My good friend made a comment today that hurt me and it affected the rest of my day. I have always looked for the good in people and tried to make it grow ( and been stabbed in the back for my efforts! ) Such is life. The change I mentioned was to do with the medications I take. I had a sudden thought-why am I taking all these things ? What is the point?, all of a sudden I relaxed and felt peace, like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. It was an amazing feeling. I knew I just had to go with the flow. This was happening for a reason. Thank you, everything you said resonated. 💜 Love and Light.
