i really needed to hear that being fed and clothed is the bare minimum. i can’t believe i have felt guilty for being provided the absolute basics. i have been working on healing my inner child and meditating and i definitely feel a huge change happening. i will continue to do my shadow work and heal

There are some really good messages in your reading. Communication with self. So often I have wanted to be heard and validated by others when in actuality I need only validation from my self. My parents are both gone so I can't speak with them about the emotional damage. I forgive them, of course, because they were doing what they thought was in their best interests at the time. My interests were not in their best interests. haha and why I was discouraged from solo (I can do this myself) artistic endeavors because I would find the words to express that which was hidden. Rebirthing or Vivation, is a very powerful therapy BC if you try to reason out your emotional body, it will take ages or not work at all BC it has been corrupted by whatever and it is smart enough to create even more issues to cover up the original trauma. These modalities bye pass the intellect and deal with the issues at its source and can work very quickly even though the initial issues have been hidden. I learned it 30years ago and use it on myself almost on a daily basis. It's quite amazing🤗😘
