I'm sorry!! I have been asking for a LONG time.., I have tried meditating, I've changed my thought process, but I'm steadily struggling and I can't seem to find any happiness and or peace within..!! I'm tired mentally & getting worn out physically by constantly trying to upgrade my life!! AARRGGHH!!SOME ONE HELP

Have you tried getting physically fit? Feeling good starts with energy. You need to do exercise to raise your energy levels first, then the rest will come. Exercise, sleep, start to feel better THEN work on your thinking and meditation. Energy first. You’ll get there ✨

Sunshine, exercise, keep meditating, and ask the Universe to show you the way. You are loved and guided. It’s okay to feel frustrated. It’s okay to struggle- welcome to the human race! There are so many wise teachers and people who can help. Ram Dass, Martha Beck, Wayne Dyer. Let your mind calm down, open your mind to the possibilities of Love. You can be happy and free, believe it! I suffered for years with depression, and I am free now. A book that helped me a lot was “The Depression Cure.” Hang in there and try to have hope, notice your thoughts. The work of Byron Katie is also very helpful.
