Confirmation - you hit the nail on the head with so so much - I really appreciate it Spirit told me about my emotional Intelligence as a gift a few years ago and I've spent the last few years witnessing it and becoming more aware of it. I have experienced alpt especially emotionally and overcame and persevered - strangers as well as family and friends come to me for advice or just to kinda help them to organize their thoughts and understand their emotions I am patient and quiet and listen - this sometimes pisses people off bkz when I just sit and listen and allow and hold space for them it makes them realize no one else in their life does The other day my mom was really upset about something and I told her "I'm not going to tell you to calm down or relax, ..." She interrupted and said "I know you're just listening and letting me be upset and damn it that is missing me off!"😅 I was like "???" She said "Jenn NO ONE just let's me vent everyone and tells me to calm down and gaslights me! Why!? Why aren't u telling me that!? Why do they tell me that!?" I said "mom - I know you jave to feel it and move through the emotions you can't bottle them - you just have to feel them or else they'll find another way out of you which will most likely be painful or self destructive... so be upsets! Get angry! Be sad it's okay! Feel your feelings! I'm here, you're safe - let it out!" She fell apart - she said no one. No one ever makes space for me to do this they all run away!" I just held her hand and sat with her til she got to the other side of what she was feeling at the moment. I was good. She felt better. We both took a nap after lol I didn't realize it was such a super power but I'll tell you what - my mom is oit of her room up functioning for the first time in a few weeks. She was stuck in those emotions and shutting down - now she's back to being more herself. I'm grateful for the ability to do this I'm not doing much physically so I don't feel like I did much - but I now see the results and I'm like wow I guess it was huge Thank you so much for bringing through this. Also I do feel energy when I'm in a building and from ppl and psychologically and crystals - everything u mentioned is true. All of them

She then came back and stsrted crying so hard apologizing not only to me but her kids her family pretty much everybody she had done wrong, she kept yelling "what are you doing to me"? 3 to 4x screamimg it and that was a moment I will never forget.
