Mohana ji, if Saturn is in a weak sign, like Cancer, its debilitation, it will reduce social network drastically and the person will have fear of rejection from friends/ groups. Saturn in 11th doesn't always give just good results. Leo asc. will have Cancer on 11th house. I have a chart right now in front of me and this is my own cousin's so I know their life quite well. Also, such Saturn will reduce incoming gains from partner and in-laws

Cancer is not Saturn's debilitation. The weak points are discussed in the video. BTW, if Sa is in the debilitated sign of Aries, it gives initial struggles, but later fructify. All these are discussed in the video.
