Beautiful reading! I have been doing sound baths with the hertz for Release and Forgiveness, and playing back to back since last November. The healer who put together the frequencies created a guide as to what frequencies to use for each intention and said to listen to them for 28 days in a row, but after I finished the 28 days I felt the need to continue them and I'm still doing them. I truly feel so much more love running through my heart chakra now, it is incredible! Most of my adult life I've been accused of being cold and detached, even my mom felt that way and it pains me that she did because I did love her, I am just not one of those people who feel the need to hug people to let them know that they are loved. But even my boyfriends have complained of this "trait" of mine, so I figure I should investigate if there is something to it, and I honestly can feel like a wall is dissolving. I come to realize I have been under a f-bomb ton of duress (the way I see it: making being tempered in a forge look like child's play). Every valuable asset you mention, I have posessed and already 'mastered' since 'birth' (words I recount having said). My previous lives were not doing what I am doing in this life, but it was all worth it (necessary, even).
