The officer just failed to justify his points. ECL is a public figure and being a former president,, he is still supposed to be protected by the state. The Bishop is also failing ti understand the fact that he is meeting someone from the political sphere and as such, security wings supposed to be informed. It's only that the police offer could not justify his points from state security point of view. He further lacked courage to an extent of that lady mentioning that he was shivering
