I have an alter on my dresser, there is a Bible opened to 23rd Psalm with a lamp with an arm extended over the Bible…. Lately every night the light flashes to a white bright light beaming…..I have recently gotten depressed and stopped praying… I know GOD, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is telling me to come back to praying and reading and believing. Yesterday I was so blessed by an agency to give me 2 bags of food and 2 $100.00 gift cards I had no food and didn’t have any on Thanksgiving….i have an adult some with Autism and I made sure he ate, 4 chicken nuggets and white rice. I am blessed, GOD Jesus and the Holy Spirit is real. GOD doesn’t want us to hurt. Yesterday morning I h I got up after that light flashing and opened the phone and it was opened to the Bible app and Matthew 6:24-28 highlighted in yellow as soon as I put that phone down it dinged and it was an email from the agency telling me that they have some groceries for me and my son… when I got there it was a blessing from GOD! Thank you Jesus!🙏💜🕊️🌹

Sorry to hear what you are going through right now. I don't know the details. However, you don't have the right to take your own life, which was given to you by your Father, God Almighty. There is a purpose for your life on this earth. I agree that you might be going through too many struggles right now. But realize that this is a season. This too shall pass (we all get similar seasons in our life). Therefore hang in there. Have something to eat, drink and get some fresh air. Stop the devil at it's onset, meaning the moment you get these types of negative feelings, speak to the devil that he is a liar and God is living within you and HE will take care off you . Ask God to show you a way and start focusing on your possible ways out. You need to actively distract yourself from these negative thoughts and focus on possible solutions. Do not take any decisions out of your emotions. Wait for the emotions to settle down and take your first step after seeking God's guidance. When God is with you, you are already in majority and nothing can stop you. Be courageous and face the challenges heads on, with the guidance and help of God, Who is living in you.
