This reminds me of the good aspects of being a mass media consuming monster and not the bad. recently I've been dealing with over stimulation like crazy. I'm become so automated to look at every single thing that I can that I'm not able to soak in and actually understand what I'm looking at. Any sort of insight I've gained is immediately replaced by 10 other thoughts on what I should see next or what's popped up on social media. I've decided to quite the "noise" and sit in silence for at least 30 minutes a day and it's helping a ton. Now I'm feeling far more aware of the things I look at. Might be a good subject for the next vid if you've had experience with something similar!

A lot of people can not sit in silence without checking their phone for 15 minutes, it's mainly due to FOMO but the fact that you can do 30 is incredible. The only times I have been able to personally cut myself off from any social media and sit in silence were when I was sun tanning but even then it's not entirely the same. But what you're doing is really helpful and healthy as it actually lowers the overall stress your body produces amongst many other things, keep it up!
