3:45 reflection is never about WHAT you see, but HOW you see it. How your mind reacts to anything it sees is what is reflecting your quality of consciousness in that moment. Who Am I? You are what you experience. 🙏✨wow 6:00 it is whatever you say it is. The chair is a reflection of you. Whatever we call bad is just human desires. Whatever we don’t desire we call bad 8:45 they both only saw their own state of consciousness ✨✨ 11:45 we think that we are born into the world but the world is born from the perception we see it with

13:33 "Could the I know itself without a world? If not, are they really two?" really struck a chord with me. Back in 1996, I was so proud when I realized at the end of my first marriage that it had made me understand what I do want in a relationship, because it portrayed to me what I did not want in a relationship. And 25 years later I realize that it is so much deeper than that. A few years ago, I was out in the forest. And for the first time ever, I realized that I am part of the whole, basically a molecule in the bigger scheme of things. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it was very profound. And yet, up to this day, I still struggle with not identifying with the physical world on a daily basis. What a ride, huh? Thank you for your all your great work, Aaron. Namaste from Germany.

You're right, I'll probably have to watch it again but I had something that dawned on me. I always listen to your words without the video so I can contemplate these things better. And I have indeed just lately discovered that I always feel and experience my very own creation even when I feel very bad emotional states of being. That was a major realization. I always feel me. And in this video I realized that I am really just watching through my own point of perspective right now and it made me so happy because I realized that my cat is only another point of perspective but we are one. :') I don't know if I can put this into words correctly but I totally had a deep movement in this, I can see other beings and things as another point of perspective but I realize the fabric is one! Wow, I'm very deeply touched. Thank you so much for your videos, they have truly helped me in the places of the greatest despair. I'm so glad all of this knowledge exists and I can reach it and it can reach me and that you shine it into the world so piercingly, it's almost like a very bright control tower out in space or a very bright buoy in the midst of the deep dark ocean. Your light rays travel long distances in pitch black night even while you yourself don't burn like a sun or a bonfire. That's just my image for this. :)

This is fantastic. If you take every word of this with factual certainty, you’ll peer out of your eyes with a higher level of awareness. Keep raising your level of awareness! Allow abstract ideas! Neuro linguistic programming is very helpful at helping your mind reach higher levels of awareness. It taught me how to retrain my brain how to think at deeper levels and holy cow. Sometimes it’s almost too much, but hearing videos like this makes me know I’m not the only one!!

I have many examples of realizing the self in experiences. But one recent one I’ll share if it helps anyone. I recently spent time with my brother and started listening for his subconscious minds narrative. If I can find it in myself I can clear it for him. And others. So I asked the Self to help me help him. Days later I saw a video of this car hitting three gentlemen and they died it was brutal but the sounds and the pain of one of the men I literally felt it. And sitting in meditation I realized it was the sound my brother heard when he was hit by a car when he was 9. All of sudden I heard that gentleman’s narrative which was the same as my brothers. It’s so painful. Why so much pain. I need you father. Those were the narratives. And I felt it found the pain sat in it and hopefully I pray I took on the suffering for my brother. How and why because I know they are me. It’s one awareness. I’m playing all the players here so their pain is mine. The power we have to clear things for each other and help each other truly help is limitless. Why not play in that space while time here in this realm.

“You Create Your Reality” = you determine what your experiences mean via your thoughts & feelings; thus everyone who experiences the same things can think/feel differently about them & thus create a different reality they experience separate from the actual event/experience.

This is profound and surreal. (Intending this with ego aside) In hindsight the messages have always seeded themselves within, but my ego has thown fear, confusion, and doubt at this, but there seems to be less resistance of this with another level of learning to experience, and possibly realizing there are many more levels to this, and possibly other reincarnations of this to experience those expansive levels.

Aaron, I’m writing a theory for my psychology class and I had a question since you’re good at handling paradoxes. If we are what we experience, then what would you say to someone who experiences racism and is oppressed in a systemically racist system? I believe in what you say, but I feel like it would be insensitive for me to say to someone “you are what they experience” if they are experiencing oppression and abuse. What is your thinking on this? It’s really important to me and I really love the way you explain things!

I was linked this video while discussing "truth". I am of the opinion that many modern concepts were conceived while we were trying to learn about the world we observe through our outer "senses", and are "left over", and by that I mean, people want an explanation for all these concepts we came up with before understanding the complex biology of the body as well as the process of evolution over three and a half billion years, and they may be, or likely are, misunderstandings and misconceptions. Now, we have all these people who believe in a mind seperate from the brain, a spirit seperate from the flesh, and a life that's eternal. I don't think there is anything that can be done as these ideas have existed within cultures and societies for so long, many people take them for granted. It is unfortunate that some of these ideas don't die off.

A long time ago when I had an intellectual (rather than experiential) realization that all is one (whatever God/source is the only way to create anything would be to create from itself) I thought that sounds great and if we all realized that we could forgive each other and live in harmony. Not very long ago I had a revelation as to the implications of what that really means. First off, we are utterly alone as we are all that is, which I think was the prime motivater for creatiom, to fool ourself into believing we're not alone. There's also a more sinister implication to it as well. Forgiving someone because we're all one for something like stealing from you is one thing, but what about the most vile members of the world, someone like Dennis Rader or the like. People that visit torment on others for no reason other than they like it are just as much God as we are. Yes this is just an illusion but still, it's scary to think how we must love them and forgive them just like anyone else.

I think that the brain, and also the body, influences how we perceive reality. Visual illusions, completely still patterns for example, may look like they're moving, even though they are completely still. This must have to do with the neurons in our brains moving in wave like patterns, producing the illusion that the patterns actually are moving. And the idea of "creating your own reality" I think stems from trauma, and a need to isolate. We all share the same 3D space to play in, and we always influence each-other. If you want to "create a great reality" you would simply just have to have a positive impact on your environment, or could we say, habitat. Personally I know that this is where all pleasure comes from. I was really great for a while, and had some wonderful impact for 5-6 years. I was peaceful, didn't rush things. Took things day by day. The reward was awesome. Then I acted out in stupidity, creating some local disasters in my town, and the pain still follows me. I more or less live on a dumpster. I don't know exactly why I would do all those stupid things. I am quite telepathic and can speak with for example characters in a video game. At the time of my good time, some Arcturians (supposed ETs to be "the most spiritually advanced in the galaxy") told me that "ethics is suicide". Obviously I didn't agree, but it may have sub-consciously influenced me to actually commit suicide, metaphorically speaking, by basically ruining my impact. Aliens aren't as good as they portray them-selves to be

Also interesting is that I always wondered why I've never heard you mention David Hawkins (although maybe I just missed it), and found the idea that you maybe had never read his works or didn't find truth in them odd. But today you used his system of calibrated levels of consciousness and that made me smile. Power Vs Force was the great game changer for me many years ago. The MindScience series likely calibrates extremely high.
