I know you're having it rough right now, and I've been there, especially on a time crunch! A little known fact about my fears is that I tend to feel anxiety with job and financial stability, and I have a fear of being homeless. Several times over the last nearly 10 years, I've been challenged with a sudden job loss and chaos with living situations. Long story short, I'm at a more reliable place currently, but those fears still come up. I know they began with a narcissistic family dynamic and being told I wouldn't be able to make it on my own and so on. I'm in a tough financial spot too and I'm trying to figure out my housing situation. If you have interest in purchasing a tiny home at some point there's builders who will build a tiny home for you based on the models they offer and there is a tiny home program called operation tiny home. If you contact a builder they will connect with operation tiny home and they will cover a portion of the cost. Not sure if this is something you can afford but where I live land is just cheaper to rent than a house right now and something like a trailer or mobile home is so much more affordable to finance. There's land even listed for rent on Facebook marketplace, just seems like the only thing affordable right now. I hope this helps!! It's the route I have to go to afford a home.

Giiiiirl i wish you the best in this situation. I hope everything works out for the best and the funds are in place. I JUST went through something insanely similar. Our landlord blamed us for a leak that wasn’t even our doing. It was internal and was causing mold and he didn’t want to fix it. So he kicked us out basically and i was forced to find an apartment for my animals and my toddler in a matter of days. I had also JUST quit my job for what i thought was a better job and it turned to be a terrible mistake… that all happened in a week. It was awful. All the money i had saved went to moving and furnishing my new place. I still have not financially recovered but somehow i always have a friend or my boyfriend or some type of help that has landed in my hands and im forever grateful for that. My finances are completely tanked otherwise id send you what i can as others have done for me but the struggle is still real over here 😓 sending you a money fairy and i hope she grants all your wishes.
