Ep. 2 Jax is on an prominently active role driving the flow of the plot. He also went for the machine gun of jokes approach, not really to his benefit (The subtle gag of him taking away Gangle's binocular is single-handedly funnier than all he did on the truck scene). For as much as I love Kinger, if he had a tick every 2 minutes and was more on our face about being "oh so crazy" instead of delivering subtler visual gags, I would also hate him.
