I'm going to be so interested in what you think of The Codex Alera series. I've read the Dresden Files and really enjoyed them and am looking forward to getting to more of Butcher's work.

Honestly, I now want to read the Naomi Novik books. Cause I’m probably never gonna read the fourth wing so this might be a good substitute.

Definitely read at least the first one! It has almost nothing in common with Fourth Wing except for the dragons.
