MGS 4 has it which came out in 2008. I have the sound track that came with the special edition of the game.

Nope, not the full theme. Bits were used for "Victory" and "Father and Son," while "Metal Gear Saga" uses a remix of the MGS3 motif. It was supposed to be in Portable Ops but was cut out after this incident.

The song in this video was horrible, you can tell the writer didn't know what he was doing, there was no True melody, a melody is a string of notes so pleasing that it makes something in your head "click" and it puts a lot of dopamine in your brain, in laymans terms.
