Shame does not have to stay active in your life… You are free because of what Jesus did for you… But sometimes it’s easier said than done, let’s unpack what it looks like to be shame free as we embrace the truth, that who the Son sets free, is free indeed… There now is, therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus 🎯💯

@Jaylen...so profound. I can relate with. You explain the devil's tactic so well. I had to also practice really pausing, repenting and not only forgiving myself but forgiving myself quickly. It's important that we learn to see ourselves through God's eyes. And that cycle omg! So easy to fall into that trap. Yeah whatever we allow to stay in our minds has the ability to walk out so we give the devil no room

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous-how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. Psalms 139:13‭-‬16 NLT

@Isaiah...thank you for the transparency...I mean so many people stay longer in those dark places because they lack the revelation to separate the sin, the person, the experience and how God actually sees them regardless of what they've been through

@Rick...yeah it can be quite scary navigating new patterns and experiences...it's much more easier to flow from what was modelled to you so yes that space can be quite challenging as it comes with so much tension but thank God he's able to teach us new ways

@Mikalah...to your point, eh not everything is always worth addressing, you just have be okay with knowing who you are because some people don't shame by mistake, they shame you because they want. Most times, they do it because they're too proud to ask you how you got to the other side
