Beautiful cards .. lovely technique. After being told I was mispronouncing this technique name and finally changing my pronunciation I am going to just call it the bubble technique! 😅. I’m so happy you have found something that is helping you. After a lifetime of relatively good health, in 2019 I consented to having a pneumonia vaccine because the healthcare system was promoting it for people over 65 even though I had never had pneumonia and rarely had a cold. Because my mother was in her nineties and they stressed that it was for her protection as much as my own. Long story short, within three hours I was in emergency with severe chest, arm pain and a violent headache. Cold sweats and freezing. They thought it could be a heart attack. After ruling that out they asked if I had taken something that could have caused it. I explained I had been to my doctor and had this vaccine. Immediately they dismissed me and said, oh you just had a reaction, go home take a Tylenol and tomorrow you will be fine. He walked away and my husband helped me get up, put my clothes back on and helped me get to the car. I couldn’t lift my arm or use my hand. That was the beginning of months of extreme exhaustion and health issues. That’s when I began looking for alternatives solutions to improve my health. There is a great book out there. “ The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies”. You will learn to make tincture, recipes for fermentation, everything health related!

I'm so sorry to hear this, but I've been seeing this stories more and more 🙁 It's time we all change our approach to our care. I'll look up the book you recommended! I've been making tinctures and fermented things and am definitely branching out. It's amazing but I shouldn't be surprised...the natural remedies I've been using seem to work better than the store bought items. I hope you have recovered from your incident. Thank you for sharing!

@@handmakewithlove I think you will find it very helpful. The lady lives in Florida and I purchased it directly from her site. $37 USD. But being in Canada 🇨🇦 I paid almost $80. Including shipping. Worth every penny. But I didn’t want to use amazon because I wanted her to benefit from all the work she put into the content.

My daughter is a demonstrator too, but she has another job as well and can't make videos. She's my demonstrator but you and Connie Stewart are my inspiration. Thank you.

I am a recentally retired nurse. I was blessed to have worked for 8 years for a conventional/holistic physician. I make my own bread, my own yogurt. I am vegan. My mom made sourkrout as long as I can remember. My daughter-in-law is Korean and makes kimchi. So, yeah, I'm right with you!

Spot on with probiotics. I throughly enjoy drinking beet. Lemon, and ginger juice. Also, only buy the extra fermented (or long fermented) sourdough bread made with 100% organic flour. Great tips, and a wonderful time spent with you. Keep on doing what you are doing either crafting, or sharing helpful insights to life and health. Blessings.

Thanks for sharing about the gut….o’ so VERY important - worked with a functional doctor for about a year and a half. No gluten, no grains, no dairy for me. Loved the technique you shared. Happy new health to you and yours🌹🌿

Anna, love these cards and technique. And this format. As far as diet; you might want to research “whole food plant based diet.” Meat and dairy wreck the gut, while fermented foods are excellent. Grains and starches also excellent. I follow this diet for my health and especially for extending my years of active, independent (cardmaking!) living! Thank you!

I love this technique but haven't done it for a long time. Thanks for the inspiration and encouragement. The very first one is my favorite, but all are lovely. I like your easily replaceable and easily makeable stencil. I learned about bokeh when I took a photography class years ago -- think blurred Christmas lights. I'll have to try it again.

Thank you for sharing your personal journey! ♥️ Your cards are stunning! Did you stamp the Pretty Peacock card all at once and then emboss it, or did you emboss it in several stages? Please consider doing a collage video. I love doing collages on 8.5 x 11 sheets and then cutting them down to make four cards.

Hi, Anna! Your bokeh cards are gorgeous! Gina at Gina K Designs just did a video on bokeh last week. Don't tell her, LOL, but I think yours are prettier. I'm so happy that you've discovered the wonders of fermented food. Are you familiar with the channel "Off Grid with Doug and Stacy"? Stacy is very knowledgeable about fermenting, and I've tried some of her techniques.

Hello, Anna! I have admired this technique for quite some time & want to try it. I know there are stencils out there that can give this effect...but I really like the idea of making my own template. After looking at my die inventory...I have only 2 (on the smaller side) circle stamps that I could use for my template. Did you use a nesting die set?
