I am so happy I found you ! This was another fantastic tutorial. My strokes are not as incredible as yours, but because you teach us in a way that teaches the program and i've done a few of your tutorials i saved it into something I felt proud of. Maybe more so because I made it unique. You are the art class I've always wanted and couldn't afford. TY

Do you use some type of paper like screen protector for your iPad ?
@letitiateleetha17702 ай бұрын
Hi! Can I please ask what settings you have used for your pen? I’m trying to figure out if there is something wrong with my pen, because it doesn’t seem to be creating the same strokes as in your tutorial. My lines are very solid and uniform no matter the amount of pressure I use. Thank you :)
@ArtwithFlo2 ай бұрын
Does it behave like that with all brushes? Does your pen have pressure sensitivity? Sounds like a technical issue to be honest.
@letitiateleetha17702 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your reply! The pen/Ipad combo was actually a gift and we didn’t really that the USB-C version has no pressure sensitivity. I thought I was going mad (or my settings were wrong). I combed the internet trying to figure it out. But problem solved! Thank you for a wonderful tutorial. It’s perfect for us newbies :D

I have a question - how do you draw so steadily without resting your hand on the iPad screen? I find it difficult to do a straight line, or be precise, without resting my hand down.
@ArtwithFlo5 ай бұрын
I do rest it on the screen actually
@kateblamer15875 ай бұрын
@@ArtwithFlo Good to know! I must be doing something wrong because when I rest my hand, it either makes a mark or the screen starts vibrating. Have you ever done any music related tutorials? I'm a musician and I would love to doing something instrumental!

@@kateblamer1587i had this same issue when i first starting years ago. I ended up getting a special glove to wear on my dominant hand while drawing. It blocks the touch interference. Now i have a newer iPad and don't have that issue anymore
