After giving birth, a woman should not be reluctant to exercise. Some females may be hesitant to start exercising. However, under proper guidance, the journey is very good as there are many benefits a mother can get from exercising after she has given birth.
The program:
Walk/ jog for 20 minutes
Squatting 4 sets of 12
Lunges 4 sets of 12 each leg
Fire hydrants 4 sets of 12 each leg
Leg extension 4 sets of 12 each leg
Reverse crunches 4 sets of 20
Leg raises 4 sets of 20
Bicycle crunches 4 sets of 20
Warm down walk 5 minutes
Stretch!!!
