I have a business partner that’s active duty in South Korea. However, he’s supplying the financial means for the business. Currently through other financial gains obtained through other investments. Is he eligible for an SBA loan or does he have to be eligible for a TAP program? I believe his intentions are to continue through the 20 years, which may be 4 years away.

Thinking of buying a gas station in small town that has been there many many years. Don't know if I should Get a loan against my farm and pay cash or try a business loan of some sort.
