If you want to buy wholesale from their sites, yes you do (I don't think they have anything like the Maker's Account).

They don't have a 100% polyester blank, unfortunately! Most of the blends are about 50% poly. I keep telling them they need to work on some sublimation options! :)

Yes, I believe you need to still collect taxes on items you sell if you buy through this program. But I am not a CPA-you might want to check with one :)
