do you have any tips on how to start to plan to leave?? mainly as you have children as well, i do too. and i want to make things as easier as possible for them (currently both are 4 and 2)

I have a lot of tips in my ebook "How to Leave Your Wife and Become a Happier Man" available on the ahappierman.com website. Some of the main things are to have some money or credit in your name only to work. Think about where you might live and still have a place to live. If your wife works, the finances will work out better, if she doesn't you will both suffer quite a bit. You have to be willing to swallow your pride and a accept a severely lower standard of living for a good long time. You can start to think about becoming the type of dad you want to be for your children (i.e. happy, not verbally abused, in charge of your life, not willing to be victimized by anyone and show them a good example).

Not really. I don't think you can avoid losing most of your money. I did. The courts won't allow it.

Only if its in a family trust of some sort or a Company structure. If its in your personal name most likely will take half

This is ridiculous. Verbally abusive women are far more abusive to the kids than to you. If you don't believe me, put up cameras in your house and check in while you're at work. The court will award, AT BEST, 50% custody. Meaning your kids are going to be screamed at 3.5 days per week, on average, without your protection. No, there is no way out if you have kids. You have to protect them from her. If you have sons, make sure they don't make the same mistake. But for us, it's already over.

In my brothers' case she is more abusive to him than to their son.. but her relatives are verbally and emotionally abusive to the child.. saying things to the child like telling him to disrespect his father..😢

Kids will model what you do not what you say. If they spend 18 years watching you be screamed at, that will leave a huge imprint.
