Have you watched Netflix's The Ghost Bride and want a taste of Nyonya culture in Melaka?
This kuih making class is run by Li Ting, a chef in Melaka who inherited her recipes from her mother and grandmother. She teaches her students to make 3 signature kuih: Pineapple Tarts, Angku Kuih and Onde-Onde.
In 3 hours, she will show you the steps to make these desserts. Of course, she will prepare the pineapple jam and measure the ingredients for you before the class. That way, the class is more fun and relaxed. And they taste SO GOOD!
