Update: Pet was multiplying chance of sharks by 20 instead of adding 20%. My difference in rates/money per hour is below. did most recent festival 3/21 3-4PM (EST). In the 50 out of 60 minutes for this fishing festival, I got 5 mega teeth, 3 epic megs, and 1 leg meg. Less than 15 great whites total. The same festival a day ago got me 22 meg teeth, 2 legendary pets, and about 7 epics. Over 40 great whites total. Went from around 60m for an event to maybe 13m or so, only off great white teeth and pets to George. Also if ur wondering the gear i had. This is my gear for the 3/21 PM event, my stats were a fair bit lower for the previous event. Had shark armor, 90-95% sea creature chance, 240~ fishing speed and around 200 magic find with a lvl 90 megalodon (leg). Using whale bait the entire time, didn't kill my own sharks and focused on fishing as much as possible instead. Others killed mine fast enough that it wasn't an issue. Didn't loot share at all, was mainly there for XP.

it doubles the pets base stats, so anything above the blood scent ability is doubled. If the extra magic find shows up there then it should.
