Won't be profitable for normal investor due to sheer involvement of cash in RE. Land is a state matter and hence couldn't be regulated by uniform entity like SEBI, RBI, IRDAI. Sale-purchase, renting happens in cash component. I won't invest at any time until RE per se is regulated by a very strong single regulator like RBI
