I would imagine they would be in the installed libraries file in python's directory (not your code, make sure its the actual python compiler, look in "program files" or "program files (64)" or wherever your computer stores program files. it should also be directly accessible from your code with "import "

This also may not work if there is any kind of binary compilation step. Good luck installing numpy with this method for example.

What do you mean by reusable code? Every project usually have it's on requirements file.

This could definitely be used to share code internally, but that's probably not the best long term solution. I'd look into running a private package repository.

GitHub organizations has a largely UI based process for changing repos where you might want to do this into packages in a store. Along with a way to get a credential that will allow them to install into docker while still being secure.
