They are. But to be able to benefit from them you need to pass KyC and have these migrated within you wallet on pi browser :)

Why? Only been 5 years and mainnet only for two years. All information and instructions easy to understand, verification of account and KYC is easy and quick (if done correctly). You lock some percentage of your pi π when you were mining, that's why.

it is yourlockup settings. if you didn't changed them - maybe it went with default 90% for 3 years.
