Thank you for this. I feel this is what I needed to hear right now. Even still, a part of me says "you're just using this as an excuse to not do the work..." I currently feel a bit confused juggling all these new insights. I almost feel ashamed of myself when I start feeling down or low energy because I feel like I just need to try harder to feel better so I can manifest the life I want. This is very comforting. I find I'm always hypercritical of myself that I'm not disciplined enough or that my reasons for being disciplined are so that I can be "good" or do the "right: thing. It comes from a place of lack of self worth. I experienced this firsthand in a big way this week. I've been trying to follow a calling I'd been led to very recently, but I couldn't decide how I was meant to express that calling. I was stuck in the mindset of making the "right" choice and focus on the "right" thing to reach the outcome I wanted. Once I finally stopped worrying about the outcome and just worked on what was interesting in the moment - and as soon as I admitted what was scaring me and started creating steps and tools to get around that fear and just commit - I was led directly to what I needed to see and hear. The spark was ignited and the path forward became clearer. That doesn't mean I have the whole thing figured out yet, but I have a beginning that I'm truly excited about and aligns with where I am right now.

There actually is a method, Unburden yourself from everyone else’s baggage that isn’t yours, examine your beliefs, definitions and filters, and finally do not compromise, care about how you feel. Another way to look at it is you appeal to God directly for a shift in your reality… You create your reality, you cannot change the outer reality by going to the Outer reality for change, you change the outer reality by changing the inner reality first and the outer reality reflects that change once the reinforcing mechanism supporting the old version of you falls away. You could try and make a choice with full commitment and allow yourself to fail or to make a misstake. Perhaps for just 1-3 days and see how it feels as you give yourself the permission to do it. Also feel into if you feel empowered during this time or if it feels wrong. If it wasn't it, it's just a couple of days anyways, you got nothing to lose.
