I worked night custodial at Disneyland. Cast member of the month Dec ‘08. I was in Club 33 to clean the awnings over the French market. I can tell you it’s the only place in the park with 2 ply tp. 😂

Fanciest we ever did was Palo, aboard the Disney Magic on our honeymoon. (But we have kids now, so we don't do too fancy anymore.) Also, we'd vote for Quincy if she ran for president!

That was a very interesting comment about how rich people want to spend money too at Disney. I always looked at it as "Who would spend that much for a room?" instead of "Why shouldn't they splurge some too?". If I can justify spending $5000 for a few days at Disney, why is it out of line for someone to spend $15,000 if they want to.

i think it’s more about the fact that disney is accommodating more to rich people. it’s not like before where an average family could save up to go to disney 😢 now with all these prices going up less “regular” people can go

I have eaten at V&A's and Chef Paul. I would do V&A again but not Chef Paul. We were in the main room at V&A, I might want the little room but not the Chef's Table. I come from a family of restaurant owners/managers so have no need to eat in the kitchen and don't usually like the food they serve at Chef's Tables. I've paid for special tours but nothing as expensive as a VIP tour. Back in the day you could get a tour that would take you to all the parks, you would ride one or two rides in each park, do a few behind the scenes things and get lunch. It was pretty much all day but was only something like $500 per person. I don't think, even if I had the money, I'd do a VIP tour, I'm just not that ride centric so getting to use LL isn't worth that much money to me.

Why pay that much for a pretend Pacific bungalow in Polynesian when you can stay at the real thing in Bora Bora, Palawan, or Bali and get the true experience at a lower price! LOL. People are easily duped to think that they are experiencing the best. Explore the world, open your eyes, and then you will see and experience the REAL magic!
