Only a few has the determination to stay honest and upright at that position. I also think that democratic system don't allow them to work freely because they have to keep petty regional issues over and above the national interest. The democratic system may be a failure in itself because in today's time majority of population in any country is not wise enough to keep national interest over their personal interest. Yunxiao is a small town in Fujian province, nothing remarkable in terms of agriculture, industry, interest places etc.. I can't even remember if I used to mention this place once or twice in last 10 years though I came from same province. No idea why uploader picked here but from choosing a ordinary rural area as interview sample perspective, he did the good job. Even locals may not choose here due to its lack of sense of presence.
