The game don't filter anything so people can play with their own rules. And realistically because it would be impossible to implement every single word and references for every language. In the official rules "The Golden Gate Bridge" is not allowed though, but you still can type it

In the official rulebook under the part that says flexible rules there is a subsection that says you can play with multi word proper nouns as long as they are not made up. So depending on how you choose to use their own flexible rules then Golden Gate Bridge definitely does count
