Change server priority to best latency or local, i play on local since steam release and dont have a single match with high ping

@@Uchujen where do you play from? my wait times are ridicilously long when i set it to best latency (5 mins and still no match). atm i only play hans on team mode (mainly supportibg my team w cage) since solo is literally unplayable on my latency.
