Ummm Team was doomed from the start, you can't put Keith who is constantly saying ummm, Angela who is not so good at guessing and Shayne who tends to say Umm too in the same team against Courtney who is the best at word games and guessing. Also Shayne tends to be forgiving and Keith day-dreaming so Keith didn't keep an eye at the timer and Shayne counted two "ummss" from the other team as one and even missed a few while Trevor counted every one. I would love for them to play again with different teams

They're called "audible pauses". My English teachers growing up always had us have a "public speaking" portion of the class where they drilled it into us to not use audible pauses. Taking a breath or swallowing instead really helped cut the habit. The word "like" is really popular with younger generations of Americans and non native English speakers.
