@@mdrafikuzzaman2687 The cheapest way is buy tarpaulin or cheap industrial plastic. You cover most of the open areas to lessen the rain and wind . You can even hang the plastic like curtains and pull them away when the rain stops. Place small weights at the bottom of the "curtains" to keep them in place or tie the bottom in place as well

Thanks for biosecurity tip, please broaden the advice to show how to feed without contact, then cleaning minimizing consist contact, picking eggs minimizing contact. Since minimizing contact is the key strategy to minimize infections that u explained can confuse through sign changes thats the cause of bird lose, treating disease X yet sign is actually for diseases Y but u don't have information about the sign.

Awesome advice man. It even correlates directly to plant health. Deficiencies or toxicities from insufficient or inefficient nutrient/feeding methods can cause problems in every living thing. Always analyse the uptake and intake of your inputs, and always try to provide correct living conditions.

I don't allow visitors very often either, especially during Covid. I also have 3 acres of "wildlife" or "nature preserve", I have to worry about the wildlife contaminating the farm animals. I have wild Turkeys & wild Deer here that people pay to hunt and I have 3 ponds they pay to fish as well. I only have 15 acres all together, not all my flocks are in houses & chicken runs, some are free range over the farm.

It doesn't matter what you raise, if it's for production, you can't afford to have visitors! My extended family is permitted near my animals, but that's because when they come, it's to do some sort of labor. if someone wants to see an animal, I remove it, and it's quarantined upon returning. The ideal quarantine is 30 days, but I usually quarantine for a week, and treat EVERY animal with prophylactic immune boosters.
