I'm 2 years late, but maybe still helps. What he did was ws4 into chicken. For Law is a win win situation, BUT you have to be able to do the ws4 dss transition (no entering in the discussion on how hard you think it is). So you do ws4 (hold the 4) -> dss f2. If asuka parry that you have a free chicken because you are pressing f2+4 at the end. If she doesn't, you get the dss f2 which is the fastest move from dss and 0 on block, keeping the momentum.

Fergus used b3 and Gen punished it immediately with 3+4. Unfortunately for Asuka, b3 being really easy to just throw out, it's punished hard by Law's 3+4,4 which is equally effort-free to throw out. Forces Asuka to suffer for mindless b3ing, since in most other matchups the risk-reward is HEAVILY in her favour, but not this one.
