What can the camera see? Paving, cladding, sky, glass, roof, road markings. "They've got personal things in there"....what like?....lipstick, car keys, tissues?.....No secret documents or products seen. I wonder whether these people think that saying it's raining is a request to use an umbrella? 'My drone's not coming through the door', said with such cleverly deadly innocence, was hilarious, and sailed higher above their daft heads than than the drone - fantastic. And their 90 year old boss was ridiculous of course, with his mad assumptions that robbers descend from the air and that you're going to 'post' the footage to someone via a letterbox. Where were the police to shoo you away?? 😂😂😂 Brilliant again, and lovely footage, thank you.

Silly girl - It's our building and we don't allow you to film. Well my dear it probably is your building, however the airspace above the building is not your property so just go away and perhaps read up on the laws of the land and learn. How many robbery suspects have they met and are able to identify a robber - they should apply to join the police if they can identify a robber who is outside filming in full view. Just more people making themselves look super foolish objecting to something that causes no problems or inconvenience.

Questioning photographers is actually pretty normal, logical and rational. Only in modern times this has even become an issue due to advancements in technology and social media. So not sure what you mean by 'has become'. Photography and surveillance has always been questioned and looked upon dubiously and rightly so. These auditors want that suspicion... as the interactions they garner is what their own business model is based upon. Don't pretend there is anything weird about asking someone why they are filming your business. If you had a business, trust me you wouldn't like it and rightly so.

I watch too many auditors who are extremely rude, not realising that 'they' are the tyrants and not the subject of their camera. The Thatcham Park 7 units are a new development constructed 2020 and the Park page lists only No 7 available. Unit 6 is 22577 ft2 warehouse and 2546 ft2 office with sample pics provided. The google map pin is on wrong side of the railway and to northwest can see the units steel framing being erected. Parcel was vacant for many years. The 7 units were constructed by A&H Construction over 40 weeks and £8 million project. Great video and drone views 👍⭐⭐⭐

They were quite nice really, but auditors do need to learn the law on one thing - it is compulsory for a business representative who tells you you can’t film to immediately get their phone out and take a picture of you. If they didn’t, they would be breaking the Pot, Kettle Black law of 1985!

I know antagonising some people is the aim of many auditors, however I admire each of them having the patience to repeat the rules. My recordings would be so boring that I would need to print out and laminate the CAA and government rules to hand out to save my blood pressure. I wouldn’t be a success or in the money though LOL.
