All the axle parts are available on RCTimer. It's nice to see someone explain the things you should look into when buying parts like axles. I'm not sure why they sent those to you since they are not meant for a class 2 build. These are meant for a shafty rig.

This is excellent news. I don’t love that these are $250 as that’s getting into “name brand” territory, but if replacement parts are actually available then they make a little more sense than “Ali Express specials.”

Thanks for the review, I've been into RC for a number of years and found out early on that market and aftermarket support is a huge item to consider when purchasing anything from a full RTR down to a replacement part. I did purchase some OD portal gears from Rhinocrawler and found that they only fit their own axles, and not being able to replace a broken axle shaft would mean having to replace an axle, and that's just dumb. Having to threadlock all the hardware isn't a big deal, but the fact that you found two screws that either stripped or were cross threaded after taking a few out is. Maybe, thanks to your honest review they'll up their game. ✌

These do not fit a capra. It's ironic but I could not for the life of me make it work. I order the rhino chassis kit and just a front axle and the axle showed up first. I could not make it work right with the capra for the lifeof me and it just ran soooooo bad. I could see these working on something that came with an offset pumpkin and had room at the front of the chassis to clear the weird link riser in the center. The capras front end just sits on them and there is no articulation. Just a warning not to buy a set for the capra itself as there are better options

Dude! When you said aftermarket parts for aftermarket parts that hit home hard! Just bought some nice metal axles for trx4M and metal drive shafts, but from different brands, I indeed had to break out the Dremel! Tolerances matter!

If I were to win them I'd just end up not using them and then get tired of them sitting around and end up giving them away to someone else lol so most definitely don't give them to me because they will just collect dust. I purchased a set of these for a budget build and had similar observations. The biggest issue I have had with them is the pin in the cv joints coming out. I tried to make a post on their facebook group explaining the issue and my post was declined. They did send me a replacement shaft at no cost to me but they didnt send me a replacement housing which was damaged from the pin that came out during a competition. I have been told that vanquish f9 offset axles should fit them but havent actually tested their fit. Cool of you to offer them up for giveaway though!

I pulled the trigger on vp axle guts yesterday and I am just waiting on the lhs to import them from Vanquish. I will let you know if they fit. I also had a pin slip out and split the outer half of the cvd open. I was able to smash the pin out of another axle and repair it with super glue and heat shrink as I doubted there was any kind of warranty at lmao. I have the same issue with the driveshafts on the yue one v2 kit. Can't comment on the rear as I used a plastic capra one for weight bias etc like Holmes does. Had a good laugh in the part of the video and I get asked about my crazy forward weight bias all the time.

I have a full set of vanquish interals for the front axle on the way to confirm high quality replacement parts. They do list on timer the rebuild kit/ upgrade kit is for vp style capra axles. eta 3 weeks for shipping from the USA to Canada and I will let everyone know how it turns out. Worst case I buy a real vp housing. would love that set to 4 wheel steer my rhino yue one v2 or give a rear axle with a proper riser link as the stock capra one does not work well in the yue. Those link risers are needed for the yue front and rear.
