Hi Hadley Hudson, i have a Ricoh Aficio MPC3500 I am not able to login as Administrator i tried all way but i still failing to reach the configuration. so , i need your help to remove the admin password to manage the scanning setting

Login as supervisor, no password

Press reset and then 143, clear, and then clear for five seconds. You will be in factory service mode. Enter 584646#. Initialize memory. Reboot machine. It will ask to enter new supervisor and administrator passwords. Leave them blank. Hit ok. And reboot. You will then be to change administrator settings.
