Wilder's said he'll fight Dillian Whyte if they'll enable Joshua talks afterwards, Hearn doesn't want to be forced to have Joshua fight Wilder, he wants to have the option to hold out for negotiation leverage and marinate some more. Wilder is making the wrong moves from a business point of view. He's a talented and dangerous fighter, but he's quite simply not that big of a draw as Joshua. Joshua is making £10m - £15m+ per fight now, why would he take a potentially dangerous fight with Wilder NOW and risk it all for a undervalued purse; when he can push on, take another 2 or 3 fights and continue to raise his stock, and then have a mega showdown with Wilder (assuming he does the same and beats another 2-3 opponents). Both will stand to make far, far more in terms of money - Joshua would probably take £20m - £25m+ and Wilder would walk away with about £10m - £15.

What's interesting is that Wilder fought one of the most over-rated guys in the division (Stiverne) and Joshua fought one of the most under-rated. Wilder looked impressive, Joshua not so. Now it seems like they are quite even going in to it. The issue I take is with Wilder seeming to claim that Joshua is ducking him. AJ unified he titles, was then waiting for Klitschko to decide on rematch clause, and then immediately had mandatories. He hasn't had time to even duck anyone!

Look when the presenter was presenting as "The Unified Champion" AJ was just stop him and said "you just call me AJ....." I think (personally) now, he is the most talented, skilled, humbled boxer in the boxing industry who owns people's heart. Such a Real athlete.
