You DON'T NEED App Lock!

I get what you're doing, and i do that right now. But sometimes all people really need is a simple app lock without partitioning a dedicated storage space for secure folder. And if people really want to ask why is a particular app locked, we'd just tell them to mind their own business.

how it works is similar to parallel space, making a copy of the main application, the weakness is that it will increase the internal capacity, I hope Samsung has a personal application lock feature like IOS

The security folder function is also good. However, it is quite inconvenient to use, and instead of providing a separate space with a security folder, I think it would be better to change the name to a security service and provide various security-related services such as App Lock function.

App lock is simple, better and convenient. Secured folder.... not so much. There is a reasons apps like whatsapp provide the feature inbuilt. And as you said doubling up of app is absurd. Clone app feature is already there if someone wants to do that. So, app lock is really basic and imp. feature which should be there. No excuses, ifs and buts

Secure folder is good, but not as convenient as an app lock. Let's say I have my KZbin in the secure folder, then I have to have my other apps in the secure folder to be able to share something from KZbin to other platforms. It just won't work, if the other apps are outside of the secure folder. Because an app inside the secure folder can only share with apps within the secure folder.

Question. Secure folder is amazing I do agree, my question is, if you decide to no longer use secure folder, what happens to the items that you place in secure folder. Are they automatically deleted? Or did thosw items go back to the other original folder.

So, if you add your gallery, do you now have two galleries? Like do new pictures show up in both? Can you have an app that just appears in Secure Folder, but not in the main part of the phone?

As shown in the video, nothing will be in the gallery unless you add it, so if you take a picture outside of secure folder it will not go in it unless you add it there. Yes you can have an app that just appears in secure folder and not on the main phone

Secure Folder is one of my favorite features of my Z Fold6. It's just one more reason I think the Samsung software is far superior than any other foldable phone.

Secure folder needs its own environment, no? If your app connects with Google Drive, you'd need to log into the Google Drive app *that exists only within the secure folder*.. A hassle
