I've owned a Q8, an SQ8 and an RSQ8 (as well as their sister, the Porsche Cayenne Turbo Coupe)... The Q8 is fine at highway speeds but the lag from go is awful and almost dangerously so...especially if you're trying to turn and merge into cross traffic...the fear of being t-boned because the thing just won't move, was enough for me to get rid of it...The SQ8 is a real beast...a 500 hp V8 with and amazing sound...I couldn't imagine the RSQ8 was that much better. Then I got the Porsche...and while it was a step above the SQ8 In performance, the Audi had better tech and was more reliable. (the Porsche had TWO major breakdowns). So I finally got the RSQ8...and while it is WAY better than the Porsche...I would say that it is mildly better than the SQ8...And while I LOVE the RSQ8...If I had to do it all over again...I would have just gotten the SQ8 and saved myself a LOT of money...

I don't think so. Our Audi A7 does not have it, little strange because in the past Mercedes/BMW cars i've had, have had it.

It's a beaut! I just wish I could get the fully loaded Prestige but with the thicker rubber 21" wheels instead of the 22" or 23" wheels. If it wasn't too expensive, and the brakes didn't need to be changed, I'd even do that after market, if that was possible.

Trying to decide between a Q8 and an SQ8. Haven't had a chance to drive them back-to-back. Is the power feel dramatically different between the two? I currently drive an S5 as a daily, so I love the sound and power, but need a bit more space and love the Q8 lineup.

I have the Q8 and I can tell you. You will love the SQ8. I love my Q8 but coming from a BMW M5. I miss the power. SQ8 is not an M5 but I think the SQ8 will be satisfy the itch for speed and power. Reason I switched from a M5 to a Q8 is because I love the way the Audi Q8 looks like. Let me know which one you get.

You won't go very far in terms of publicity by lowering down people who are looking at the sq8 and basically telling them without telling them that they're poor and cant afford the rsq8 coz they can easily afford the 140,000 sq8. You're much confused!
