Loved this message! I’ve experienced this on my own healing and brain retraining journey. By far, the hardest part is letting go of all the time things. From emotions, to forgiveness, to over planning, the to do list and calendar on my phone, and micro planning all aspects of the day. But it’s what he calls us to do, and without it we stay stuck in chronic stress and illness.

Thanks for sharing this! I like what you said about not living in your own strength & wisdom & will, but abiding in Christ and living by God's leading & grace & love & ways. NOT living by the ways of the world & fear & shame & rush & stress, but by God's love & grace & provision & care & wisdom & pace. Get deeply grounded in the Lord. Of course to do this you need to spend time with the LORD, and avoid time being influenced by the world.

Wow just wow. You are really a blessing. As someone believing God for the victory against autoimmune disease (MS), this is profound. It’s like God I’m doing what I know to do, yet I am not resting and acting in fight or flight. Bless you!! I don’t have a computer as of right now, but I know what you are saying is truth. One day I hope I can take a course of yours, but until then.. thank you for the free information you do give us. It’s rich! 🙏🏽

Thank you for sharing details Brea. I love your heart. I think youve shared James 1:4 But let my patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. I love this for healing, not to rush the Lord in his perfect work. Not only in healing but in Life right. Not to jump at first opportunities or increased money or so many things our flesh may desire. But let it be in his perfect will that we recieve all that he has for us in that time. I love that you differentiate on how to world opperate even in business ive experienced so many Christians can fall into that as well

Wow Brea. Thank you so much for your beautiful honest heart. I learned so much more from this video-the essence of what this is all about. Thank you for your transparency!

So good because people don’t understand what we are going through! The compassion is low.

Hi Brea I think I have PTSD the last few years and child hood trauma. I did sign up for your course but wasn't well enough to partake in it as felt so unwell. Not sure if the programme would have helped with all this. I missed out on the programme as felt it may not help me with PTSD. Stuck in high cortisol all day long, a scary brain and lots of stress so not sure if I can recover with your help. I am 61 and alone. Julie

Julie, I'm sorry you weren't able to join the class! But YES, it definitely helps with PTSD and overcoming trauma. If you want to get started with healing, please reach out to me. My assistant, Amber, can get the two of us connected: info@breakatrin.com.

Brea, I’d love to hear more about healing and the female cycle. Monthly hormone shifts seem to really affect my brain. Did you experience that?
@breakatrinАй бұрын
That's common with women, and our society likes to say that those symptoms are normal. But the truth is you don't have to feel those ups and downs with your cycle -- I've coached a lot of people around that. But really, one of the first things to defeat that loops is to break the lie that monthly hormones naturally cause symptoms.

I re empty came to understand that athletes who train like this might deplete their glutamine, resulting in leaky gut which leads to the breakdown you experienced . Praise God for your healing

And it all stems in the brain (the control center for health)! :)
