You are extremely sane and sober, lol. I love money talk. Keep it coming. I invest as much as I can to buy my freedom sooner rather than later.

I have been inadvertently doing this bc I never know how much money I can stretch to the next paycheck. Once I learned IRA can’t be withdrawn from (and how compound interest worked) I was like okay let me remove the option and pay myself like it’s a bill after rent. Budgeting makes me feel like I’m dieting this has actually built my savings! Great video thanks for all your info

really intrigued by the anti- budget. I've been shifting my budgeting techniques for years. I noticed when I shift my mindset and perspective to put my money towards the things that I wanted, like saving, acting in a place of abundance., money was easier. yes save first spend after

Thanks for the permission to do what I do. I use Mint but my available income changes throughout the year and I don't want to fiddle with Mint every other month. I fund my HSA in 1st quarter, then ramp up 401k but I change the rate with every bonus or extra check and then I do IRA at the end of year. Mint is sending alerts all the time. I hit my goals and that is what matters to me.

Makes sense then you don’t have to worry because you already took off the top what you need for your bills and what’s left is what you got. I like it! Thank you

Just realized this is what I've been doing for almost a year now. Didn't realize it wasn't normal...thought everyone was doing it but yeah I save 1st with like 3-4 savings challenges and then I give myself $10 a week for spending & whatever I don't spend that week goes into my savings 😳

Good video. I was doing this anti budget thing years ago, I called it Handling Your Business . Things happened and the money had to be used. For a while long time, I've related buying things to make up for what's not so good in my life, and my Ex not being in our daughter's life. Working on getting back to my Save, Pay, Give, Spend routine. I'll get things in order.

And how does this method help you tackle your debt? To each is own not knocking you at all but I’ll stick to my every dollar budget which has gotten me to become debt free and financially free.

If debt was the priority, then that money would come off the top before spending anything else. It's very simple.
