The being shown at the beginning (the one without a mouth) is Etel, a leader at a facility where Kaiden and Lily (the two people shown at the end) live/work. In the video, Lily (the one with the goggles on top of her head) is pretty much being reminded that she’s the reason why her daughter left the facility, and she feels immense guilt, as she’d hurt her daughter and many people by experimenting on them for Etel. At the end, Kaiden (one of the people she experimented on, who became kinda like her assistant in a way) is informing Lily that her daughter, Kayla (the girl shown without a face) has committed suicide.

Thanks! They’re not specific. I do make them different shapes for different characters….oh, except full robots have double-sided tails, which means that one side of the end part has a socket, and the other has prongs. This is due to the fact that they have a larger battery, so they can hold more charge and others can charge off of them if they need.
